Delivery partners take home a fraction.
The delivery fee the customer pays rarely reaches the delivery partner in full. Commissions, penalties, and fluctuating incentives make it hard to know what you'll actually earn.
We built Seedhe to fix all three of these, with one simple model.
How it works
Here's what we do differently.
₹20 platform fee. Always.
One flat ₹20 platform fee per order to keep Seedhe running. The delivery fee is separate, based on distance, and goes 100% to your delivery partner. No surge pricing, no rain charges, no surprises.
The actual menu price.
Every price on Seedhe matches the restaurant's own menu. We don't add a single rupee to the cost of your food. What the restaurant charges, is what you see.
Every rupee of delivery goes to your delivery partner.
The delivery fee you pay goes directly to the delivery partner. Seedhe takes no cut of their earnings. What you pay for delivery is what they receive.

Our mission
Food delivery should work for everyone at the table.
Seedhe was built because we saw delivery apps turning a convenience into something expensive for everyone involved. Restaurants were squeezed by commissions. Customers were paying inflated prices without knowing it. Drivers were earning far less than the app suggested.
We think there's a simpler way: one honest fee, no markups, and delivery partners who are paid properly. We're starting in Delhi NCR on May 1 with a limited trial, and we're building this one restaurant, one delivery partner, one order at a time.
